- 320 g crispy fish goujons or fish nuggets
- 4 wraps
- 60 ml mayonnaise
- 150 g lettuce, shredded
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 12 PEPPADEW® Jalapeño Halves
- capers (optional)
- 5 ml lemon zest
- salt and milled black pepper
Method
- Cook the fish goujons until cooked and crispy. Drain on paper towel.
- Fry the wraps for 30 – 45 seconds per side in a wide frying pan or griddle pan.
- Place a wrap onto a flat surface and top with a little mayonnaise, lettuce, fish goujons, 3 PEPPADEW® Jalapeño Halves, a spoonful each of the tomato and onion, capers (optional) and some lemon zest.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Repeat with the remaining wraps.
- Serve at once, as is, or folded into a wrap.
