125 ml (1/2 cup) Peppadew® Piquanté Hot Pepper Relish
1 fresh, finely chopped mango
1 tbsp lemon juice
250 ml cream cheese
Handful of fresh coriander
Salt and pepper
Mix 1 fresh finely chopped mango with 1/2 cup Peppadew® Hot Relish and a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice. Season with salt & pepper.
Pour mixture over cream cheese, top with fresh coriander sprigs and serve with rice crackers.
