Ingredients

PEPPADEW® Sweet Piquanté Peppers filled with Soft Cheese 250g PEPPADEW® Sweet Piquanté Peppers Mild Chopped 400g

  • 4 whole-wheat wraps
  • 200 g smooth full fat cream cheese
  • 60-100 g PEPPADEW® Sweet Piquanté Peppers Mild Chopped
  • 200 g ham

Method

  • Lay out wraps and spread with cream cheese. Scatter over PEPPADEW® Sweet Piquanté Peppers Mild Chopped and slices of ham
  • Roll up the wraps and hold firmly whilst cutting into rounds
  • Skewer two rounds on a cocktail stick
  • Serve on a nosh board or pack in a picnic hamper
