- ½ chicken breast, sliced or shredded
- ½ an Avocado
- 2 Tbsp PEPPADEW® Sweet Piquanté Peppers Mild Chopped
- Sprouts or micro herbs to garnish
For the Dressing:
- 2 Tbsp tahini
- 1 Tbsp whole grain mustard
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Method
- Lay out your bread and spread the dressing. Top with mashed avocado, the shredded chicken and PEPPADEW® Sweet Piquanté Peppers.
- Garnish with sprouts or micro herbs, and serve with a squeeze of lemon.
Serving Suggestions
If you have a jar of PEPPADEW® Sweet Piquanté Peppers Mild Whole or Hot Whole, just chop them up and add to your Chicken & Avocado Open Sandwich.
