BAKED SEAFOOD GNOCCHI

- 500 g gnocchi spinach infused or plain, boiled
- 400 g mixed seafood, stir-fried
- 180 g mixed peppers, julienne (cut in long thin strips)
- 125 ml fish stock
- 400 g PEPPADEW® Piquanté Pepper and Garlic Pasta Sauce
- 100 g cheddar cheese, grated
- 250 ml Béchamel sauce
Method
- In a sauce pan add the PEPPADEW® Piquanté Pepper and Garlic Sauce and fish stock.
- Bring to a boil and stir well.
- Add the seafood, peppers and Gnocchi.
- In an oven proof dish, add the saucy Gnocchi and top with Béchamel sauce.
- Bake in the oven at 200°C for 10 – 12 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Replace the fish stock with white wine for added depth to the dish.
