Ingredients

  • 320 g crispy fish goujons or fish nuggets
  • 4 wraps
  • 60 ml mayonnaise
  • 150 g lettuce, shredded
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 12 PEPPADEW® Jalapeño Halves
  • capers (optional)
  • 5 ml lemon zest
  • salt and milled black pepper

Method

  • Cook the fish goujons until cooked and crispy. Drain on paper towel.
  • Fry the wraps for 30 – 45 seconds per side in a wide frying pan or griddle pan.
  • Place a wrap onto a flat surface and top with a little mayonnaise, lettuce, fish goujons, 3 PEPPADEW® Jalapeño Halves, a spoonful each of the tomato and onion, capers (optional) and some lemon zest.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Repeat with the remaining wraps.
  • Serve at once, as is, or folded into a wrap.
