45 ml (3 tbsp) smooth cream cheese
15 ml (1 tbsp) mayonnaise
10 ml (2 tsp) fresh herbs, finely chopped
2 slices artisanal or rustic-style bread
4 bacon rashers, cooked and crispy
½ avocado, sliced
12 PEPPADEW® Jalapeño Halves
A few rocket leaves or small lettuce
1 spring onion, sliced
1 radish, thinly sliced
Milled black pepper
Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise and herbs together in a small bowl, until smooth. Spread the mixture onto 2 slices of rustic-style bread.
Top the open sandwiches with warm, cooked and crispy bacon, avocado slices, PEPPADEW® Jalapeño Halves, lettuce or rocket leaves, spring onion and slices of radish.
Squeeze some lemon juice over the sandwiches and top with milled black pepper.
