1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
100 g chopped Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
1 tomato, halved, thinly sliced
50 g Crumbled Feta Cheese
1/3 cup PEPPADEW® Mild Piquanté Peppers Chopped
Heat oven to 200°C.
Place crust on baking sheet; spread with oil. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup mozzarella.
Top with chicken, tomatoes, feta and remaining mozzarella.
Bake 10 to 12 min or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Let stand 5 min. Sprinkle PEPPADEW® Mild Piquanté Peppers chopped over the pizza. Garnish with rocket.
