BAKED SEAFOOD GNOCCHI
- In a sauce pan add the PEPPADEW® Piquanté Pepper and Garlic Sauce and fish stock.
- Bring to a boil and stir well.
- Add the seafood, peppers and Gnocchi.
- In an oven proof dish, add the saucy Gnocchi and top with Béchamel sauce.
- Bake in the oven at 200°C for 10 – 12 minutes.
Replace the fish stock with white wine for added depth to the dish.
