250 ml (1 cup) sour cream
1 bottle Peppadew® Mild Piquanté Pepper Relish
Finely chopped flat leaf parsley
Heat 250 ml sour cream along with 1 bottle Peppadew® Mild Piquanté Pepper Relish.
Season to taste and stir through finely chopped flat leaf parsley to make a good sauce for roasted vegetables.
