800g (1.8 lb) – 1 kg (2.2 lb) good quality thin boerewors
4 bamboo or metal skewers
1 bottle Peppadew® Hamburger Relish
Crisp green salad, to serve
Divide the boerewors into 4 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a 10cm wide continuous S-curve, and then fasten each shaped piece with a skewer.
Carefully transfer the skewered boerewors to a braai grid/griddle pan and cook over hot coals until cooked, basting generously with the relish every couple of minutes.
Serve hot with a crisp green salad and extra relish.
