45ml olive oil
45g brown sugar
1 tbsp Mild Peppadew™ Piquanté Pepper brine (juice)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
3-4 spring onions, roughly chopped
For the kebabs:
6 chicken breast fillets, cut into 2.5cm cubes
1 pineapple, peeled and cored, cut into bite-size chunks
1 x jar Mild Peppadew™ Sweet Piquanté Peppers, drained
