What you'll need

1/2 pineapple, cored
3 Mild Peppadew™ Sweet Piquanté Peppers
1 dessert spoon lime juice
30ml dark rum
30ml brandy
Crushed ice

How you do it

1. Blend pineapple together with Sweet Piquanté Peppers in a blender. Add lime juice, rum and brandy, and crushed ice. Mix in a cocktail shaker. Serve with a dash of grenadine.
