Scrub 6 large potatoes.
Cut into wedges and toss with olive oil, Peppadew® Hot Piquanté Pepper Relish, honey, thyme leaves and crushed garlic.
Season generously with salt & pepper.
Roast at 180 c until golden – about 45 minutes.
Serve with bowls of sour cream and guacamole for dipping.
