6 good quality frankfurter sausages, the same length as your rolls or slightly longer
6 fresh hotdog rolls
Butter, for spreading (optional)
4 medium pickled gherkins, sliced
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 bottle Peppadew® Jalapeño & Ginger Relish
Few squirts of mellow mustard
Boil the sausages for 5 minutes in water, then drain and set aside.
Cut the rolls open from the top, in the length. Spread with butter (optional).
Place the sausages into the rolls, then top with pickled gherkins, some chopped red onion, a generous amount of Peppadew® Jalapeño & Ginger Relish, and a zig-zag squirt of mellow mustard. Serve immediately.
