White button mushrooms
60 ml (4 tbsp) olive oil
30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh lemon juice
60 ml (4 tbsp) Peppadew® Mild Piquanté Pepper Relish
1 clove crushed garlic
Ground black pepper and salt
Whisk together 4 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice and 4 tablespoons Peppadew® Mild Piquanté Pepper Relish. Stir in 1 clove crushed garlic, and then season with ground black pepper and salt. Wipe button mushrooms clean and place in glass dish. Toss with the marinade and refrigerate overnight. Stir through chopped flat leaf parsley and serve with rare roasted fillet of beef.
